Weight - less than 250 grams.

While this is a minimum contents kit, if all riders carry one it ensures there will be enough items available to treat most incidents within each team.

Gloves and CPR shield are the more important items - they allow you to carry out First Aid including resuscitation. The sterile pad and gauze bandage are next in terms of essential requirements, along with the triangular bandage which can be used as a pad, a bandage or a sling.

Bandages, Gloves and CPR shields are available separately for those who already own a kit.
